George's claim to fame was his starring role in the hugely popular 'Wogs Out Of Work' stage show with Nick Giannopoulos. Since then the Australian public has continued to see him use his ethnic heritage as inspiration for future roles and performances.
 
George developed his popular style of ethnic comedy at Rusden College and with fellow student Simon Palomares formed 'The Tiboldi Brothers', a stand-up comedy duo, which still tours the comedy circuit today.
 
George Kapiniaris has been producer and creator of many productions including 'Acropolis now', 'The Last Proxy', 'The Flares', 'From George with Love'' and the extremely successful 'Il Dago'- his production skills make him a comedian who is absolutely corporate friendly.

George Kapiniaris is perhaps best known for his roles on The Flying Doctors, and as Memo in Acropolis Now, George Kapiniaris is a pioneering ethnic humourist and an all-round entertainer. Incorporating everything from impersonations to music (George is also an established guitarist), it's easy to see why George Kapiniaris is considered one of Australia's most versatile comedians.
 
His biography reads more like a bi-wography with creating, producing, writing & acting credits in shows such as Acropolis Now, Wogs out of Work and the Last Proxy. George developed his popular style of ethnic comedy at Rusden College and with fellow student Simon Palomares, formed 'The Tiboldi Brothers', a stand-up comedy duo, which still tours the comedy circuit today.
 
Not only a comic performer, his theatre credits include 'The Resistable Rise of Arturo Ui' for the MTC, 'The Queen and I ' and Guy Masterson's acclaimed production of '12 Angry Men'. In 2004 George was nominated for a Green Room award for his role of Stretch in the musical 'Oh What a Night'. other musical credits include 'The Rocky Horror Show' and 'Return to the Forbidden Planet'. His film credits include 'Thundersruck', 'Bloody Footy', 'Pizza', 'Closer and Closer Apart' & 'Joey'.
 

George's inimitable accent skills, comic timing and (dare we say) inherent wogginess make him the perfect choice for specialty & corporate comedy , although his warm, friendly tone and character abilities are equally appropriate for more serious emceeing.
